We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2023, at the age of 91, Joe Thomas Stephens of Ross, Ohio, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jerri Lee Spurlock (Lonnie), Jean Robson (Cliff) and Joe Jr. Adoring; his grandchildren, Jennifer Summers (Alan), Jessica Nemecek (Charles), Tori Stefanko (Seth), Jacalu Carmichael (Kent), Cliff Robson (Dani Drakulich), Will Robson (Elyse), Charlie Robson (Morgan McCord), Katie Hoohuli (Ricky), Joe Stephens III, Trevor Dudrow, Caroline, George, Francie Stefanko, Louise, Robson Carmichael, Dominic Dudrow, Keoni and Angel Baby Noelani Hoohuli; and his parents, Daniel Stephens and Mary Lou Stephens.

Memorial donations may be made in lieu of flowers to the Wounded Warrior Project.
