He was predeceased by: his adoptive father Daniel Lang. He is survived by: his parents, Angela Slayback and Angela Stewart (Jerry); his sister Megan Simpson (Jordan); his grandparents, George and Jeanine Slayback; and his nephews, Hunter and Parker Simpson. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
