He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Lee and Sylvia Davis. He is survived by: his wife Sherri Lynn Davis (Mardis); and his siblings, Danny Davis (Jane Davis) and Debbie Slavens (Roger Slavens). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
