He is survived by: his children, Mike Ratliff (Rose Ann), Pamela Miller (Edward), Cathy Grubbs (Joel), Thomas Ratliff and Bonnie Woodlief; and his grandchildren, Danielle Andrews (Dan), Michael Ratliff (Katelyn), James Ratliff (Leila Emery), Maxwell Miller (Rachel), Zachary Miller (Carly), Natalie Miller, Marissa Whittington (Alex), Sabrena Mallioux (Steve), Elijah Ratliff, Scott Ratliff, Shelly Oxendine, Jennifer Mott, Mike Woodlief and Jason Woodlief. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and many other loving relatives and friends.
