He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foxx and Myrtle Foxx (Williams); his wife Freda Foxx; and his siblings, Tommy, Wilbur, Geraldine, Sonja, Frances and Mae.
He is survived by: his sons, Danny Lee Foxx (Barbara) and David E. Foxx (Debra); and his brother Granville. He is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; three great, great grandchildren.
