Oliver P. Cutlip Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2025, at the age of 85, Oliver P. Cutlip of Ross County, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Oliver P. Cutlip to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester "Ted" Neal-Cutlip and Carrie L. Neal-Cutlip; his daughter Lynne R. Oman; his brother Robert C. Cutlip; his nephew Timothy V. Cutlip; his stepson Steven K. Heiss; and his stepgranddaughter Briana Blazer.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis J. Heiss-Cutlip; his son Christopher Cutlip (Lisa); his grandchildren, Christopher Mullett, Jeremy Cutlip, Megan Cutlip, Latisha Cash and Andrew Lewis (Columbus); his stepchildren, Charlie Heiss (Lora) and Monique Blazer; his nieces, Debra Jane Fultz and Angie Greenig (Waverly); his nephew Scott Cutlip (Waverly); and his stepgrandchildren, Carrie Hartsaugh (Jamie), Tyler Speakman (Chandra Dean), Kelsy Penrod (Jared), Haden Heiss and Jacob Heiss. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren; six step great grandchildren; and several great nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bailey Chapel Cemetery.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers please consider providing a donation to Butch's two favorite non-profit charities: the Wounded Warriors Project or your local Humane Society.
