Smith of Clarksburg; his children, Leslie Paige Dailey (Ben) of Waverly and Jeffrey Charles Smith (Courtenie) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Mitchell Arledge, Carson Johnson, Mady Johnson, Adrienne Smith, Aubrie Smith, Cameron Smith, Gavin Dailey and Landon Dailey; his siblings, Donnie Smith (Kelly) of Londonderry, Gary Smith (Andrea) of Chillicothe, Danny Lee Holdren (Chanda) of Chillicothe and Cheryl Lowe (Doug); and also Karen Holdren of Chillicothe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
