He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Couchman; and his children, Sophie Fields of Park Layne, OH, Kevin Henry (Tina Matteson) of Indian Lake, OH, Mike Henry (Shelley Bell) of Bellefontaine, OH, Matt Henry of Columbus, OH, Kyle Henry (Linda) of Piqua, OH and Jason Henry of Rosewood, OH. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
