He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Gus" Harmon; his wife Patricia Jean Estep; his daughter Barbara Hubler; and his sister Bernice Benham (Dale). He is survived by: his sons, John Harmon (Ruth) of Rosewood, Steve Harmon (Sherri) of Quincy and Tim Harmon (Rhonda) of Quincy; and his grandchildren, Matt, Luke Harmon, Neal Shaffer, Christine Smith, Gabe, Jessica Harmon and Lindsey Hubler. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bud's name can be made to the Rosewood United Methodist Church or the Champaign County Cruisers.
