He is survived by: his children, Steve Starkey Jr., Misty M. Starkey (Brian) and Chad E. Starkey (Brande); and his siblings, Jerry Larry, Richard, Robert and Fred. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his siblings; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
