She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur C. Griffin and Beulah C. Griffin (Rounsavall); her husband Joseph R. Welch; her son Ronald Welch (Jimmy); her grandson Jerreld R. Welch Jr.; her siblings, Eugene Griffin, Gloria Griffin (Steele) and Calvin Griffin; and her pet Isabella.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Welch (Ellen) of Alabama, Rebecca Dillard of Zanesville Ohio, Jon Welch (Kathy) of Pennsylvania and Jerreld Welch (Fran) of Alabama; her granddaughter Tina Kallimanis (Randall) of Roseville; her great grandchildren, Austin, Branden (Ashley Huff) and Taylor Kallimanis; and her sister-in-law Anna Griffin of Oregon. She is also survived by several great great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
