He is survived by: his father Dale Jenkins; his wife Rhonda Jenkins; his children, Donna O'Neill (Michael), Julie Jenkins and Dale Jenkins (Samantha Watson); his sisters, Karen Snyder (Michael), Sherry Harley (Jerry) and Carole Davis (John Miller); his grandchildren, Michael Jr., Koda, Maci, Anthony, Emily, Goldyn, Jaydyn, Daltyn, Ellieona, Draven and Colesen; his mother-in-law Donna Miller; his siblings-in-law, Donny Miller (Patty), Larry Miller (Marcy), Jim Miller, Connie Miller, Christy Wood (Alvah), Debbie Factor (Scott), Diane Alfman (Doug) and Joni Miller; his cousin John Benjamin; his nephew Robby Young; and his close friend Mark Factor. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
