He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Perry and Carrie Perry (Henning); and his daughter Bonnie. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue; and his children, Paul, Connie and Timothy. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and even two great-greatgrandchildren.

Contributions in his memory can be made to the Saint Thomas Aquina Church Roof Fund or Genesis Hospice.
