She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Dalrymple and Ocie Dalrymple; her husband John "Jack" Smith; her son Stephen Jon Smith (Kathy); and her siblings, Donald Dalrymple, Pearl Dobina, Doris Fauley, Wilda Yarger and Wanda Dalrymple.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Brent Smith (Jennie), Jacqua Lynn Heiney (Mike) and Angie Jacolenne (Patrick); her grandchildren, Jamaica Crom (Ryan), Amberlyn Bagchi (Gautam), Cody Huey, Alyson Sujeebun (Mark), Amy Kirsh (Brian), Megan Snith, Jack Smith, Patrick Jacolenne (Amy) and Michelle Salyers (Tom); and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Cameron, Art, Ian, Alec, Reese, Danica, Calin, Ryker and Declyn.
