She was predeceased by: her parents, James Leonard Inman and Goldie Faye Longstreth; her husband Luther Thomas Boyd; her close friend Charles L. Newman; her sons, Luther "Tom" Boyd Jr., Billy J. Newman and Brian K. Boyd; and her siblings, Bruce Inman and Faye Hinkle.

She is survived by: her son Kenneth Boyd Sr. (Tina). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren; step-grandchildren; and step great-grandchildren.
