She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hartley and Bernadine Dollings (Bill); and her brother Danny Hartley. She is survived by: her husband John Perry; her daughters, Jackie Farnsworth (Robbie) and Julie Russell; her brother Jimmy Hartley; her grandchildren, Carmin Farnsworth, Cooper Russell and Cyle Farnsworth; and her pet Boogie. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the William Thompson & Son Funeral Home (5765 Gladstone Dr, White Cottage, OH 43791).
