She is survived by: her husband John Perry; her daughters, Jackie Farnsworth (Robbie) and Julie Russell; her brother Jimmy Hartley; her grandchildren, Carmin Farnsworth, Cooper Russell and Cyle Farnsworth; and her pet Boogie. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
