He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Lee 'Pete Jadwin. He is survived by: his mother Donna Sue; his wife Janie L.; his daughter Tiffany Renee Van Matre; his grandchildren, Hayden J. Lee Benjamin, Ethan Russell Benjamin and Ella Jane Van Matre; his brother Gregory Alan; and his sister-in-law Linda Jadwin.
