He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rouch and Vera Rouch (Owen); his wife Carol Rouch; his grandson Dominic Downour; and his siblings, Joanne Bostick, Judy Jenkins, Bobby Rouch, Billy Rouch and Jack Rouch.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Rush (Richard) of Roseville and Heather Rouch (Steve Wells) of Roseville; his grandchildren, Amanda Rush (Nick Anderson), Miranda Oren (Chris May), Ceairra Fox (Landon), Jimmy Longsdorf, Chad Morgan, Stephen Morgan, Brandon Morgan and Kaylie Morgan; and his close friends, Carla Gant and Bill "Little Bill" Berridge. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
