He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Harney and Minnie Webb Harney; his wife Ruth Harney; his siblings, Larry Harney and Flossie Lowe; and his granddaughter Kristina Harney.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Harney (Penny), Erick Harney (Missy), Carla Bonifield (Kevin) and Pamela Bonifield (Mark); and his grandchildren, Mellissa Wolfe, Erica Harney, Jessica Shifflet, Shawn Bonifield, Stacie Simpson, Daniel Harney and Anthony Bonifield. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
