He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harrell Dobbins and Leila Louise Barlow Dobbins; his former wife Margaret Dobbins; his daughters, Brandy Broadwater, Angela Fey and Jennifer Dickerson; and his grandson David Looman.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Kinneer Dobbins; his children, Glenn Dobbins Jr. (Michelle), Sara Lauvray, Kate Arnett, Linda Fey (Charles), Tina Dobbins and Venus Dobbins; and his sister Leitha Archer. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
