He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Bash; his sons, Frank Bash, Jr. and Trent Bash (Wendy); his grandchildren, Tyler Bash (Kristen), Corey Bash (Danielle), Trent Jr. Bash (Christine) and Michele Burton; his great grandchildren, Tysean, Kasey, Christian, Wesley, Audrey, Thea, Makayla, Hunter, Wyatt and Trent III; and his siblings, Harold Bash and Belinda Baker.
