He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Miller and Angela Desarro Tracy Miller; his stepfather James F. Miller; and his brother Allen Tracy. He is survived by: his sister Jennie Tracy of New Lexington; his niece Krystle Humphrey; his nephews, Tracy Snelling, Scott Humphrey and Kris Humphrey (Amanda); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Macy, Adelynn, Max and Mitchel Humphrey.
