He is survived by: his wife Tammy J. Moore (Willey); his daughters, Stacey Davis and Kelley Moore; his stepsons, Troy Manson and Travis Harvey (Ashlyn); his grandchildren, Jonathan Anderson (Tiffany), Devan Moore and Shaquille Davis; his stepgrandchildren, Rylie, Alyson, Tucker, Kameron, Bradley, Hayden, Rebekah, Briar and Willow Jane; his great grandchildren, Devaughna, Sicily and Lillie; his nephew Scott Barker; his uncle Leland Wickham; his cousin Erma Wiley; and his close friend Russ Petry (Helen).
