He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Powell Sr. and Mary Baumgardner-Powell. He is survived by: the mother of his children Millie Owens-Powell; his children, Clarence Jr. (Latonya), Richard (Jennifer), James, Tammy Gladman (Raymond) and Eva Bonifield (Shawn); and his grandchildren, Derrick Grissom, Ryan Powell, Nathan Powell, Sheridan Wilson and Genesta.
