She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Eberts and Eva Eberts (Detrick); her brother John Eberts; and her grandson Dominic Downour. She is survived by: her husband James Rouch; her daughters, Tracy Rush (Richard) of Roseville and Heather Rouch (Steve Wells) of Roseville; her grandchildren, Amanda Rush (Nick Anderson), Miranda Oren (Chris May), Ceairra Fox (Landon), Jimmy Longsdorf, Chad Morgan, Stephen Morgan, Brandon Morgan and Kaylie Morgan; and her close friends, Carla Gant and Shirley Mautz. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
