He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Fawley and Rose Fawley (Mascalino); his wife Vada Fawley (Russo); his daughter Lugene Fawley; and his siblings, Richard Fawley, Beatrice Goss and Madeline Moore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Fry, Teresa Brately (Michael), Tina Miller (David) and Christine Klepek; his grandchildren, Adam Brately (Jayna), Brian Brately, Bridget England (Joshua), Hope Fry, Matthew Miller (Taylor), Maria and Marcus Miller; his great grandchildren, Ella Vada England and Luke Joshua England; and his friends, Roger and Gail Kraft. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Adaptive Sports Ohio (ASPO) a non profit offering sports opportunities to individuals with physical disabilities.
