He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Crouch, and Dorsey Crouch, Jr.; his siblings, David Ryan, Leland Wayne and Marjorie Faye; his nephew John Mize; his siblings-in-law, Darrell Mize, John Rice, Jr., Larry Momchilov and Joan Rice; his parents-in-law, Nancy and John Rice, Sr.; and his pets, Chrissy, Cringle, Bill, Friendly, Lucky, Barney, Joy and Granddoggy Charlie.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his son Chad William; his stepson Delvin Pickett (Elaine); his siblings, Mary Jane Crouch, Kathryn Mize and Richard Crouch; his nephew Andrew Mize (Deanna); his great-nieces, Katie and Brooklyn; his great-nephew Joshua; his stepgrandchildren, Bryce, Alliya and Zachary Pickett; and his sister-in-law Marie Rice.

The family will receive visitors in the church one hour (9AM-10AM) before Mass. The family respectfully requests visitors to wear a mask.
