He was predeceased by: his parents, Galen Swanigan and Elva Swanigan (Wilson). He is survived by: his children, Cheryl A. Swanigan and Jeff A. Swanigan; and his grandchildren, Krissina Bair, Noah Swanigan and Sarah Schneider. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
