He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Mary Twark, Sr. (Kuhar); his wife Lucy Twark; and his brother Johnny Twark. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Poling, Mark Twark (Mary Ann), Patricia Thibault and Daniel Twark (Debra); and his siblings, Allan Twark, Marilyn Craven, Richard Twark and Barbara Parisian. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Portage County APL, Deerfield American Legion or St. Peter of the Fields Church.
