She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Walter Webb and Ada Ann Webb (Crafts); and her brother Jerry Webb. She is survived by: her husband Les Bennett; her children, Jonathan Lawrence Webb Bennett (Margaret Moore Bennett) and Elizabeth Ann Shipp (Jeremy Shipp); her grandchildren, Emily, Artie Bennett, Henry and Isabella Shipp; her siblings, Richard Webb (Susan), Martha McGovern and Norman Webb (Connie); and her sister-in-law Cheryl Webb.
Jess can be remembered through contributions to the Walter B. and Ada Ann Webb Memorial Scholarship Fund at Hiram College which aids students from Portage County.
