He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Charles Waligura Sr. and Mary Henrietta Waligura; his stepmother Josephine Matuska Waligura; and his brother Andrew Waligura. He is survived by: his wife Maria-Fe Waligura; and his children, Scott Waligura, Bradley David Waligura, Evan Michael Waligura, Chanelle Denice Waligura, Brian Charles Waligura and Alexis Marie Waligura. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
