She was predeceased by: her father Dale Efferson. She is survived by: her husband Paul Schmitt; her son Christopher Schmitt; her stepmother Nancy Sue Efferson (Ron); her siblings, James Efferson (Nanette), David Efferson, Christine Kellar (Lawrence) and Agnes Efferson; and her pet Lucy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
