He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Beaman and Julia Frank (Burt); his wife Susanne W. Frank; his son Burt J. "Buddy" Frank; and his granddaughter Bailey Simons.

He is survived by: his siblings, Jim, James Frank and Judy Kohl; his children, Daniel W. Frank (Pam), David P. Frank (Georgene), Kathy Palmerton, Steve "Buckeye" Frank (Deb) and Teddy D. Frank; and his grandchildren, Shawnna Mentzer, Daniel "Duke" Frank (Pam), Jeff Frank (Monica), Scott M. Frank, Aric S. Frank, Nic Frank (Elizabeth), Amy Jett and Gracie Duggins (Tyler). He is also survived by his 7 great-grandchildren.
