He is survived by: his sons, Frank J. Kizlik of Grand Island, NY and Lawrence J. Kizlik (Julie) of Eastlake, OH; and his grandchildren, Renee C. Kizlik, Kacy N. Kizlik and Cameron L. Kizlik. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
