He is survived by: his mother Norma Shingleton Dyke of Columbus; his wife Tori Holtom; his sons, Michael Holtom (Jasmyn King) of Columbiana and Jeffrey Holtom (Kelly) of Poland; his siblings, Brian Holtom (Misty) of Columbus and Joni Devereaux of Canal Winchester; his stepchildren, Joey Chuck (Sarah) and Kayla Barnes (Zac); his grandson Bennett; and his stepgrandchildren, Stella, Harper and Madden.
Memorial contributions can be made in lieu of flowers to the Lake Mount Church of Christ Benevolence Fund.
