He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee DeCost and Bernice Mayle DeCost; and his brother Skip DeCost. He is survived by: his close friend Jean Wonner; his children, Lee DeCost of Canton, Tom DeCost (Deb) of Colorado Springs, Neil DeCost of Washington and Shelly Mehlbauer (Tom); and his stepsons, Gary Wonner (Tina) of East Palestine and Dave Wonner of Cummings. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
