He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Welce and Mildred Saint Welce; his wife Edith Eileen Hole Welce; and his son Kerry R. Welce. He is survived by: his brother Phil Welce (Rita) of Columbiana; his niece Jody; his sons, Jerry Welce of Columbiana and Terry Welce of Largo, FL.; and his grandchildren, Amanda Welce of Largo, FL and Michael Welce (Suzanne) of Cincinnati. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
