He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Clair and Mary Hays Clair; and his siblings, Freda Boecker, Frederick Clair and Jack Clair.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn Price of Moreno Valley, CA., Janet Roberts (Shelton) of Salem, OR., Stanley Clair (Mary) of Firestone, CO., Larry Clair (Char) of Fort Mohave, AZ. and Beatrice Richardson (Terry) of Fort Mohave, AZ.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, private family services were held.
