He is survived by: his wife Sally Meek (Hays); his sons, Timothy Meek of Rogers, Terry Meek of Rogers and Jeffrey Meek (Jamie) of Negley; and his sister Connie Artman of Columbiana. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
