With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Jean McElhaney of Rogers, Ohio, born in East Palestine, Ohio, who passed away on October 30, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Dugan and Irene Warner Dugan; her husband James; her sons, William and Philip McElhaney; and her siblings, Bud, Paul Dugan, Gretta Rizer and Loretta "Dutch" Falkner.
She is survived by: her sons, Edward McElhaney (Karen) of Parma, OH and Steven McElhaney of Rogers; and her daughter-in-law Twyla McElhaney of Arkansas. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
