He was predeceased by: his parents, Ori Hawkins and Edna Hawkins (Richardson); his former wife Dorothy Souders; his daughter Charmaine La Moncha; his daughter-in-law Lorie Hawkins; and his siblings, Martha Sauer, Glen, Floyd and Richard Hawkins.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Kirk; his children, Marcia Griggs (Sherman), Forrest Hawkins (Susan) and Roxanne Witmer (Don); his son-in-law Criss La Moncha; and his brother Ellis Hawkins (Mary Ann). He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
