He was predeceased by: his mother Sylvia Stratton; his former wife Sharon; and his children, Fred and Sylvia. He is survived by: his wife Joanmarie Smentkowski Cook; his children, Carl Cook of Rogers and Stephanie Finger (Adrian) of Auburn, PA; his grandchildren, Alaina, Kiley, Madison, Jaclyn, Matthew, Lee, Carli and Benjamin; and his great grandchild Carter.
