He is survived by: his friend Sam Szor; his family, French, Dutch, German and British; his children, Buffy DeWitt and Kip Bollin (Cathy); his grandchildren, Emily, Kenny and Cameron; his former wife Connie Bollin; and his cousin Kathleen Brunt.
