She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James D; her daughter Lynda E. Valentine (Richard); her grandchildren, Kellie Musch (Josh) and Patrick Evans; her stepgrandchildren, Rachael Ward (Dan) and Richard Valentine, Jr.; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Noah and Dakota; her sister Cynthia Bates; and her nephew Jeffrey Bennett.
