He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew and Helen; and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his children, Hallie (Greg Wetzel), Andrew (Kaili) and Matthew; his siblings, Karen and Robert (Marianne); his sister-in-law Cindy Forrai; his nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Donovan, Phillips, Jaye, Alex and Andrew (Ally); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ava, Reece and Riley.
