He is survived by: his mother Anne Marie "Amy" Carroll; his stepfather Christopher Carroll; his stepsiblings, Shannon and Adam Carroll; his aunts and uncles, Howard Williams (Nancy), Larraine Patrick, Timothy (Cindy), Bill, Bob (Kate), Dan (Cathleen), Katy, Colleen Williams (John), John Chambers, Anne Gallagher, Mike Chambers (Maureen) and Patrick Chambers; and his cousins, Liz, Howard, Rian, Jenny, Susie Williams, Kevin, Michael McLaughlin, Joe, Tim, Rachel, Sean, Chris, Beth, Jackie, Nikki, Bailey, Abby, Dan, Kaitlin, Conner, Grant, Meg, Mary Williams, Ryan, Johnny, Lily Brezine, Colleen, Michael Gallagher, Brian, Mary Kate and Bridget Chambers.
Funeral Mass Friday, August 28, St. Christopher Church (20141 Detroit Rd., Rocky River) at 12:30 P. M. where social distancing will be observed and face masks required.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of PJ to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 5700 Brecksville Rd., Independence, OH 44131.
