With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Phillip Justice of Rocky River, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on January 27, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Justice and Josephine Earley (Zingale); his former wife Diana Justice (Rossi); and his stepsons, Kevin O'Neill and Patrick O'Neill.

He is survived by: his friend Kathleen (Hamm-O'Neill); his wife Kathleen Justice; his children, Kenneth Justice (Melissa), Dina Justice (Bryan) and Michelle Szluk (Stephen); his stepchildren, Kathleen Samber (Donald) and Dan O'Neill (Annie); and his grandchildren, Colin Fleischer, Julianna Fleischer, Isabella Szluk, David Szluk, Sophia Justice, Roman Justice, Brooke O'Neill, Jacklyn O'Neill, Flynn Samber and Kaitlyn Samber.
