He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Zadzilka and Eleanor Zadzilka; and his sister Lorraine Ragone (Dominic). He is survived by: his girlfriend Colleen Moughan; his children, Jennifer Hoffmaster (Andy), Jayson Zadzilka (Stephanie) and Jaime Haumesser (Scott); his stepdaughters, Molly Blake (Jake) and Kathleen Shaffer (Daniel); his grandchildren, Keegan, Emma, Hanna, Payton, Nathan, Drew, Colton, Ellie, Julia, Danny, Owen and Maggie; and his sibling Dale Zadzilka.
