She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Stark and Rachel Stark (Smith); her husband Durward "Dewey" Hoffman; and her brothers, James H. Stark and Bob Stark.
She is survived by: her niece Linda Keefer of Norwalk; her nephews, Jack Stark (Mary) of Oklahoma City, OK and Richard Stark (Maryanne) of Ann Harbor, MI; and her stepchildren, Linda Seebok and Thomas Hoffman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
