He is survived by: his children, Landscaping, James Prusa (Melody) of South Korea, John Prusa (Mary) of Stow, Pat Czech (Bob) of Sheffield Lake and Nancy Prusa of Akron. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
